Product images may include supplier-provided, edited, staged, or AI-generated imagery where used for presentation. Product descriptions, sizing, materials, and other factual product information should be reviewed before purchase. Where a title uses a style term such as “wool-look,” it describes appearance and does not state fiber content unless the product details expressly identify wool as a material.

We do not guarantee that every product will meet every customer's subjective expectations.

Product descriptions, availability, pricing, and assortments may change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit purchase quantities when reasonably necessary.

Section 3 — Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. Cleo Rivers may accept or decline an order for legitimate business reasons.

An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we confirm acceptance.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once fulfillment has started, we may be unable to change or cancel the order.

If an order is changed, canceled, or declined, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing details, and/or phone number provided with the order.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Products sold through Cleo Rivers are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Section 4 — Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, applicable taxes and other charges will be displayed or calculated as required during checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and billing information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your order.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processes, weather, service disruptions, address problems, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Risk of loss and ownership of goods will transfer as provided by applicable law.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property

The Cleo Rivers website and Services, including our brand name, text, layout, graphics, original images, logos, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to Cleo Rivers / JT Brands LLC and may be protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit protected materials from the Services except as permitted by law or with our prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks, product imagery, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

We may provide access to tools or services operated by third parties. We do not necessarily control or monitor those tools.

Third-party tools are provided subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies. Your use of those tools is at your own discretion and risk to the extent permitted by law.

We may introduce new features, tools, or resources in the future, and those features may also be subject to these Terms.

The Services may contain links to websites or platforms operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy, security, or practices of third-party websites. If you leave our Services to visit a third-party site, you should review that site's policies and terms.

Questions or disputes about products or services purchased directly from third parties should be directed to those third parties.

Section 9 — Relationship with Shopify

Cleo Rivers is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, purchases made from Cleo Rivers are transactions directly between you and Cleo Rivers / JT Brands LLC.

Shopify is not the seller of Cleo Rivers products and is not responsible for fulfillment of your Cleo Rivers order, except to the extent Shopify separately provides a service directly to you under Shopify's own terms.

Section 10 — Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Because the Services are hosted through Shopify, information you submit through the Services may be transmitted to and processed by Shopify and other service providers that help us operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, provide analytics, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.

Section 11 — Feedback

If you submit reviews, suggestions, ideas, photographs, comments, or other feedback (“Feedback”), you grant Cleo Rivers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display that Feedback for legitimate business purposes, to the extent permitted by law.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the Feedback and that it does not infringe the rights of another person.

We may remove Feedback that we reasonably believe is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, infringing, or otherwise violates these Terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Feedback you submit.

Occasionally, information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, inventory, or availability.

We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order when reasonably necessary. If a material change affects an order that has already been placed, we will attempt to contact you.
