Payment Authorization

When you submit an order, your payment method may be authorized or charged through Shopify and the applicable payment processor.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we confirm the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order when payment cannot be verified, an order is identified as potentially fraudulent, inventory cannot be fulfilled, or another legitimate order-processing issue arises. If an order is canceled after payment has been captured, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Cleo Rivers does not intentionally store your full payment-card number on our own systems. Payment-card information is processed by Shopify and/or the payment provider used for your transaction.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
